Forbes magazine announced that over 70% of people are not happy with their job.  Jobs are designed with the idea of making somebody else money, not with making the employee happy.  That is why working for somebody else will never give you the type of satisfaction that comes from designing your own work and happiness. 

"Unfortunately, most people will not go after their dream life....ever, because they are afraid to fail!  Most people will abandon their dreams, rather than abandon their fears." 

My philosophy is that success is just a series of steps.  No step is difficult. No step is impossible.  I am not going to tell you that you can become rich overnight or that you can quit your job next week.  However, I will tell you that anybody is capable of extraordinary accomplishments.  I will tell you that success at any endeavor is always only a few steps away.
